Effective Date: June 1, 2025
Soundromeda.com ("Soundromeda," "we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This Copyright Policy outlines our procedures for addressing alleged copyright infringement on our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"), which combine music gaming with Web3 technologies and artificial intelligence.
1. Our Commitment to Copyright
Soundromeda respects the rights of copyright holders and has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted works. We reserve the right to remove any content that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these principles or the intellectual property rights of others, with or without prior notice.
2. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Compliance
Soundromeda complies with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Services, please notify our Designated Copyright Agent, as set forth in the DMCA.
A. Notification of Alleged Copyright Infringement
To file a notice of alleged copyright infringement with Soundromeda, you must provide a written communication (by email or regular mail) that substantially includes the following:
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Soundromeda to locate the material (e.g., specific URLs or clear descriptions of where the content can be found on our Services).
Information reasonably sufficient to permit Soundromeda to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who posted the material.

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Soundromeda may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of alleged infringement.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may send a copy to the original complaining party. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user, the removed material may be replaced or access to it restored in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notification, at our sole discretion.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Soundromeda reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyrighted works. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for a single instance of severe infringement.
5. AI-Generated Content and Copyright
Soundromeda's AI is primarily used for narrative, in-game characters and companions, and music artist asset generation, and does not support or condone generative music that would infringe on existing copyrights. While we strive to ensure that AI-generated assets do not infringe on third-party intellectual property, you acknowledge that the nature of AI models can sometimes produce outputs that are similar to existing works. Users are responsible for ensuring that any content they create or use on the platform, including AI-generated elements, respects copyright law.
